Club RIF is a Reading Is Fundamental program that promotes mentoring relationships between older and younger children by pairing teens with elementary school students or other young children in literacy-building activities. The Club RIF CD-ROM Tool Kit provides resources such as forms, sample documents, customized calculators, video and other tools necessary for running a Club RIF program.
